• A secondary macOS system or a live boot macOS environment.

• Software like Restore Image (Disk Utility), Carbon Copy Cloner, or ASR (Apple Software Restore).

• A target disk (SSD/HDD) with at least 60GB free space.

• Backup any important data on the target disk.
